Pentagon Memorial Tour and Brunch
Pentagon and Pier 7, April 13
Joan Savage (Jubilee) has a friend, Jean Barnak, who is the Project Manager for the construction of the memorial to the victims of the September 11th attack on the Pentagon. She gave a group of us a tour of the memorial and explained the details behind the design and layout of the memorial.
Following the tour, everyone regrouped at the Pier 7 restaurant in the Channel Inn off Maine Street in southwest DC.
