The menu is below. Your $40 pays for the entrée
CCYC will gift the dessert and any additional FOOD charges.

Grilled Salmon Filet

• Sautéed green beans and artichokes
• Green herb mashed potatoes
• Cherry tomato-caper champagne butter sauce

Grilled Filet Mignon

• Trio of garlic mushrooms, broccolini and Cipollini onions
• Sour cream potato cake
• Béarnaise butter

Sautéed Chicken Breast

• Champagne wild mushroom cream
• Truffle mashed potatoes
• French green beans

Dessert

• Maple Pumkin Cheesecake
• Flourless Chocolate Cake
• Espresso Crèam Brûlé
• Honeycrisp Apple Crisp

As we celebrate the close of a great sailing season, we will highlight our members' contributions and enjoy the spirit of the season with a Yankee gift exchange. Gifts' prices should range from $15-20. One gift per couple will work fine.
