Ramen Noodle Salad From the galley of Jeanne Helldorfer  
   
  • 2 pkg Ramen noodles
  • 1 pkg shredded cole slaw
  • 2 full bunches scallions
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • ½ cup slivered toasted almonds
  • ½ cup craisins/dried cranberries
       Dressing
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ - 1 cup oil
  • 1/6 - 1/3 cup sugar
  • Both pkg noodle seasoning
  1. Mix the salad together
  2. Mix the dressing together
  3. Pour dressing over salad
  4. Let sit in refrigerator a few hours or overnight
