Celery with Gorgonzola

Rope

  1. Cut celery into 2" long pieces. Shave bottom of each celery piece to flatten.
  2. Cream together Gorgonzola and Mascarpone. Blend in S & P.
  3. Spread mixture into each celery piece.
  4. Garnish with walnut halves.

Makes 30 pieces.
